Where the money goes
Contributions fund records, fingerprinting, application fees, and retained counsel — nothing else. Gifts are made to a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization, EIN 93-1417599, and designated to this program; they are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We do not pay applicants, and we never charge them a dollar at any stage.
